Andrea Pierce, CPP

Vice President, Quality and Compliance

Andrea joined ISS in 2001 and served as the Director of Human Resources for 5 years prior to her promotion to her current position.

Andrea is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Andrea is also a Quality Management Representative for the company’s ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.

Andrea graduated from Lakeland Community College in 1995 with a degree in Law Enforcement and is currently a member of ASIS and the Ohio Association of Security and Investigative Services.
