Dimoff began his career in law enforcement, spending over 20 years as an award-winning narcotics detective, until an injury, sustained during a drug raid, ended his law enforcement career. Following the incident, Dimoff founded SACS Consulting, and established himself as one of the top consultants on workplace violence and other high-risk workplace issues. Dimoff has also authored six books, including Life Rage, an examination of societal rage and safeguards against it, How to Recognize Substance Abuse and The YOU in Business.
