Following more than 10 years of service with Industrial Security Service, Jim Hughes has been promoted to Regional Vice President of Operations. In his previous position as Regional Operations Manager, Hughes was responsible for overseeing ISS security programs for clients located in the Columbus, Ohio region.

With nearly 30 years of experience in contract security, Hughes is recognized as an accomplished senior executive, after holding high-level positions in several regional and national companies. Prior to joining ISS, he served as Vice President for a regional security company in California, as well as Vice President of Operations for a national security company located in Atlanta, Ga. In addition, Hughes has been a long-time member of ASIS and is considered an industry expert among his peers and clients.
