As part of our commitment to innovation, ISS introduced a new online training program in September 2006 and through hard work and commitment, Steven Anderson, Shift Supervisor at the Jim Beam facility in Kentucky, has become the first to graduate from the course.

Our new training forum maintains the same high standards ISS employs in our regular sessions, addressing many of the same subjects, including safety training, leadership training, and diversity and harassment training. However, the online structure allows guards to complete the program with greater schedule flexibility than our standard training structure. With 13 guards currently enrolled, ISS hopes to continue to develop the online forum as an alternative for security officers to explore.
