Richard Jones, site manager at PolyOne in Avon Lake, OH, has been a member of the Industrial Security Service/PolyOne team for the past 11 years. As site manager, Richard works on a daily basis to ensure that operations at PolyOne run smoothly and actively responds to any situations that may arise. He is involved with the ISS operations and management staff for continual growth in both monthly trainings as well as the online training academy for the officers under his watch.
