That’s why we conduct annual reviews to ensure we’re operating as effectively as possible.

To maintain our ISO 9001-2000 certification, ISS conducts internal audits each year to evaluate our contract compliance with customer requirements. These reviews evaluate guard qualifications, pre-assignment and site specific training, as well as certifications. ISS sites are also audited by an external organization to assess our compliance with ISO standards, ensuring our processes are consistent throughout the organization and highlighting areas for improvement.

In addition, we ask our clients to provide feedback regarding operations, officer performance, processes and more. These surveys provide direct insight into areas for improvement and every comment is researched and addressed systematically.
